Contribute to the next step in their career? Do you have a passion for coaching and put people first? Help PANN Foundation and get started as a volunteer coordinator with Team Volunteer Affairs. You take care of the well-being, motivation and challenges of the volunteers. You are the oil of their engine. There are over 60 volunteers waiting for your never-ending enthusiasm and listening ear!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tasks of a volunteer coordinator<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You want to bring out the best in people and help them achieve goals;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You enjoy meeting new people;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You don't shy away from a difficult conversation and can communicate your opinion well;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can convince people to take a step outside their comfort zone;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You offer volunteers a listening ear, including for issues outside PANN;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You process all changes and maintain PANN records with your team;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What do we expect from you?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Someone tells you what in confidence? It stays in the room;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Giving advice and coaching is what you enjoy;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You know what kind of volunteers PANN needs and help find the right one;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Together with the team, you will keep track of the development of all volunteers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Every season, you help organise the volunteer parties and get-togethers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have a good command of the Dutch language;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are 18+;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What do you get in return?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You end up in an incredibly sociable team;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will be part of a great foundation within which there is room for everyone;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are making a super nice contribution to the LGBTQIA+ community;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Of course, there are numerous get-togethers, parties and socials;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In addition, as a PANN member, you have free access to our parties;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You end up in an organisation where you can develop your talents;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A great addition to your CV;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Every year, you get some free tickets for your friends.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>We value inclusiveness, also within our foundation.
