Are you a pro at last-minute struggles? And do you want to work with Team Utrecht to get the events to <em>the next level<\/em> bring? Then we are looking for you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Duties of the team leader:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You like to think out of the box and nothing is impossible!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your planning skills are on fleek;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are the point of contact between your team, the venue, external parties, the board and Team Volunteer Affairs;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You take decisions and are ultimately responsible for Team Utrecht's events;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have experience in producing and managing large parties, events and\/or festivals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What do we expect from you?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are sociable and enjoy taking on a leadership role;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are not afraid to address people and do so in a professional manner;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are very good at keeping an overview and making adjustments when necessary;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We meet \u00b1 once every fortnight with Team Utrecht;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are a born night animal, who does not turn around for hard work in the late hours;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An average of 8 hours of your free time per week. Sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What do you get in return?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You end up in an incredibly sociable team;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will be part of a great foundation within which there is room for everyone;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are making a super nice contribution to the LGBTQIA+ community;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Of course, there are numerous get-togethers, parties and socials;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In addition, as a PANN member, you have free access to our parties;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You end up in an organisation where you can develop your talents;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A great addition to your CV;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Every year, you get some free tickets for your friends.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>We value inclusiveness, also within our foundation.
