Duties of the team leader:
- You like to think out of the box and nothing is impossible!
- Your planning skills are on fleek;
- You are the point of contact between your team, the venue, external parties, the board and Team Volunteer Affairs;
- You take decisions and are ultimately responsible for Team Utrecht's events;
- You have experience in producing and managing large parties, events and/or festivals.
What do we expect from you?
- You are sociable and enjoy taking on a leadership role;
- You are not afraid to address people and do so in a professional manner;
- You are very good at keeping an overview and making adjustments when necessary;
- We meet ± once every fortnight with Team Utrecht;
- You are a born night animal, who does not turn around for hard work in the late hours;
- An average of 8 hours of your free time per week. Sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less.
